Job Description:

We are currently seeking a committed, full-time Construction Project Engineer to join our collaborative team and assist on projects throughout Iowa beginning in Spring 2027. This position reviews design and bidding documents, evaluates contractor bids, and oversees construction progress including scheduling and budget allocations. Additionally, the Project Engineer provides technical support to construction staff under the supervision of the Project Manager. Projects range in size from $5M to $25M+ and are typically in the municipal, K-12 and commercial markets.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, while also collaborating and reporting to a project supervisor. It is expected that a majority of work will occur during normal business hours, with pre-arranged occurrences of before or after hours responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in a related discipline

Internship experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
