Join our team! We are accepting applications for a full-time, in-office Contracts Analyst based at our Davenport or Des Moines location.  

In this role, you’ll provide essential support by administering, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, subcontracts, and related documents throughout the project lifecycle to ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with company policies and project objectives for the Estes and Team of Companies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively develop clear pathways by anticipating needs and setting priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality are key to success in this position.

Qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications include:

  • College Degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field, or four (4) years of experience in contract administration or analysis within commercial construction or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in contract administration or analysis within commercial construction or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of construction contract types (e.g., lump sum, GMP, cost-plus) and standard forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Experience in Procore, DocuSign, Jones, BUILDR and AIA Documents is preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance documentation is preferred
  • Knowledge of Grant and HUD requirements is preferred
