They provide the highest of quality millwork for stadiums, casinos, hospitals, airports and other retail environments; nationwide. Some projects they have worked on in the recent past are the PGA Headquarters (TPC Sawgrass), The Los Angeles Rams Stadium, The Atlanta Hawks Stadium, The United States Air Force Academy and Stead Family Children’s Hospital at the University of Iowa. Being a full-service manufacturer; they can provide design solutions, job budgets, manufacturing, finish and installation.

Job Description:

The Senrior Project Manager is responsible for  planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of architectural commercial millwork projects from the start to finish.

Essential Functions

·         Read and analyze architectural drawings.

·         Manage the engineering and review of shop drawings.

·         Oversee the project scheduling.

·         Direct procurement of materials and subcontracts.

·         Release projects to production and monitor projects throughout the production process.

·         Work closely with contractors, architects, and owners to assure satisfaction of all parties involved.

·         Manage all aspects of contracts, both financial and obligatory, from original contract to closeout documents.

Required Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Minimum two years of experience in construction or woodworking background required

·         Combination of education and experience

Qualifications:

·         Ability to read architectural drawings

·         Knowledge of construction/woodworking materials and methods

·         Knowledge of Bluebeam software is a plus

·         Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Teams

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Effective organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks

Required Travel:

·         Occasionally requires visits to a local jobsite or customer office.

·         Occasionally requires the use of safety equipment to be worn per the job site requirements such as safety glasses, safety vests, hard hats and/or appropriate footwear.
